About the author: Originally from County Waterford, Conor Power is a journalist, writer and broadcaster. As a multiple-award-winning travel writer, he has been recognised three times at the Travel Extra Travel Writer of the Year Awards, as well as picking up awards for his writing at the French Media Awards on a number of occasions. Conor writes on a number of topics in the Irish national press, as well as contributing to radio shows on Dublin City FM and on RTÉ World Report. He has written several books as a ghost writer.
